2) Contacter le camping par e-mail (merendella@orange.fr) ou par téléphone pour vérifier les disponibilités sur la période choisie.

3) In case of positive answer from the camping, download the booking form corresponding to the choosen accomodation and the booking conditions form (on the bottom of this page). These forms are under .pdf format. If you do not have the Acrobat Reader plugin, you can download it for free here :

3) Se la nostra risposta e positiva, caricare il modulo di prenotazione corrispondente ansichè le condizioni generali d'affitto (in fondo della pagina). I moduli sono sotto formato .pdf. Se non avete il plugin Acrobat Reader per leggere questi documenti, potete caricarlo gratuitamente qui :

4) Remplissez le contrat et retourner-le tout d'abord par fax, puis par courrier. Après réception de votre fax, vous disposerez alors de 72 heures pour nous faire parvenir un acompte de 30% du montant total du séjour + 16 Euro de frais de réservation, soit par chèque (uniquement pour les résidents français) soit par virement bancaire à l'odre du camping Merendella (coordonnées en bas de page).

4) Fill in the booking form and send it back first by fax, and by post. After reception of your fax you will get 72 hours to arrange a banking transfert corresponding to 30% of the total amount of your holidays fees + 16 Euro reservation fees. The account details are specified at the bottom of this page. Do not forget to precise your name on the money transfert, in order to clearly identify your payment.

4) Riempite il modulo e tornatelo prima via fax poi via posta. Subito doppo la ricezione del vostro fax, avrete 72 ore per organizzare un trasferimento bancario di un anticipo corrispondente a 30% del montante toale del vostro soggiorno + 16 Euro di spese di prenotazione non rimborsabili, sul conto detagliato piu in basso. Nessuna prenotazione sarà registratta senza la conferma del pagamento dell' anticipo completo. Vi preghiamo di aggiungere il vostro nome sul trasferimento bancario afine di identificare chiaramente il vostro versamento.

5) Si 72 heures après l'envoi de votre fax de réservation, votre contrat et l'acompte correspondant ne nous sont pas parvenus, votre réservation sera annulée. Dans le cas contraire vous recevrez une pré-confirmation par e-mail ou par courrier. La confirmation définitive vous sera remise après règlement du solde, 1 mois avant votre arrivée.

5) If we do not receive your contract and 30% on account payment, within the 72 hours, your reservation will be automatically cancelled. On the contrary if everyting arrive on time, you will get a pre-confirmation by e-mail or post. The final confirmation will be released after payment of the remaining fees, 1 month before your arrival.

5) Se entro le 72 ore, non abbiamo ricevuto conferma del pagamento, la vostra opzione sarà cancellata. Nel caso contrario, riceverete una pre-conferma via e-mail o via posta. La conferma definitiva vi sarà spedita una volta il saldo della vostra fattura pagato un mese prima il vostro arrivo.

Les réservation doivent se présenter à la réception impérativement avant 21h00 le jour de leur arrivée. Pour toute arrivée au delà de 21h00, l'entrée sur le camping se fera le jour suivant.

Guest check-in must be accomplished before 9:00 pm the day of your arrival. Anyone arriving after this hour will have to wait the following day to be registered and to enter in the campsite.

Le prenotazioni devono imperativamente presentarsi prima della ore 21h00 il giorno del loro arrivo. Quiunque si presenterà dopo le 21h00 dovra aspettare il giorno seguente per sistermarsi nell campeggio.
