1) Choisir 3 places par ordre de préférence sur le plan. Nous vous affecterons l'emplacement choisi prioritairement et si aucun de vos choix n'est disponible nous choisirons un emplacement à proximité de votre choix n° 1 ou n° 2.

1) First, choose 3 places on the camping map. We would book your firts choice if possible, if not we would take your second etc... If none of the places you chose is available, we would provide you the nearest place free around your first or second choice.

1) Prima, scegliete 3 posti in ordine di preferenza sul piano del campeggio (in linea sotto il nome "PLAN"). Se nessun di questi 3 posti non e disponibile, sceglieremo noi un posto vicino della vostra scelta n° 1 o n° 2.

2) Caricate il modulo di prenotazione (in fondo della pagina). Il modulo e sotto formato .pdf. Se non avete il plugin Acrobat Reader per leggere questo documento, potete caricarlo gratuitamente qui :

3) Renvoyer tout d'abord par fax (si possible) puis par courrier, le document rempli et signé. Etablissez également un chèque (uniquement pour les résidents français) ou un virement d'acompte de 60 Euro (dont 16 Euro de frais de réservation non remboursables) à l'ordre du camping Merendella afin de confirmer votre réservation. Aucune réservation ne sera prise en compte sans réception de cette acompte.

3) Return the booking form filled in and firmed (preferably by fax first) by post and execute a 60 Euro on account payment (including 16 Euro reservation fees) to the campsite account detailed on the bottom of this pages. The reservation will be registered only after confirmation of the 60 Euro payment. Do not forget to repeat your name on the money transfert, in order to identify clearly your payment.

3) Riempitelo, firmatelo e tornatelo prima via fax se possibile, poi via posta. Organizzate un trasferimento bancario di un anticipo di 60 Euro (incluso 16 Euro di spese di prenotazione non rimborsabili) sul conto detagliato piu in basso. Nessuna prenotazione sarà registratta senza la conferma del pagamento dell' anticipo completo. Vi preghiamo di aggiungere il vostro nome sul trasferimento bancario afine di identificare chiaramente il vostro versamento.

4) Après réception de votre contrat et confirmation du versement de votre acompte, une confirmation écrite vous sera envoyée par e-mail ou par courrier.

4) Once your contract and your money arrived, a written confirmation will be sent to you by e-mail or by post.

4) Una volta il contratto tornato e i fondi arrivati, riceverete una conferma scritta via e-mail o via posta.

Les réservation doivent se présenter à la réception impérativement avant 21h00 le jour de leur arrivée. Pour toute arrivée au delà de 21h00, l'entrée sur le camping se fera le jour suivant.

Guest check-in must be accomplished before 9:00 pm the day of your arrival. Anyone arriving after this hour will have to wait the following day to be registered and to enter in the campsite.

Le prenotazioni devono imperativamente presentarsi prima della ore 21h00 il giorno del loro arrivo. Quiunque si presenterà dopo le 21h00 dovra aspettare il giorno seguente per sistermarsi nell campeggio.
