Merendella S.A.R.L., hereinafter referred to as “Camping Merendella”, whose registered office is located at Maison Pasquini, 20230 San Nicolao, Corsica, France, registered with the Bastia Trade and Companies Register (RCS) under number 41266486400011, organises free competitions with no purchase required on its official Facebook page: https://www.facebook.com/CampingMerendellaCorse
The competitions are offered on the official Camping Merendella Facebook page according to the following 2026-2027 schedule:
- October 2026: weekend during the low season
- December 2026: €1,000 towards a stay, valid all year round, including the high season
- February 2027: one week during the low season
- April 2027: €500 towards a stay during the low season
- June 2027: a weekend during the low season
The opening and closing dates and the draw date, as well as the specific conditions of the prize, are stated in the Facebook post relating to each competition.
The competition is open to any adult individual who has a Facebook account and complies with these rules and the conditions stated in the relevant competition post.
Participation is limited to one entry per person and per competition.
Employees of Merendella S.A.R.L., persons directly involved in organising the competition and members of their immediate families are not eligible to participate.
To enter a competition, participants must, during the period specified in the relevant post:
- follow the Camping Merendella - Corse Facebook page;
- like the competition post;
- tag 3 people with whom they would like to travel to Corsica.
No additional registration on the website is required to enter the draw.
Participants agree to provide accurate information, particularly when contacting Merendella in the event of winning.
Any fraudulent, automated or multiple entry, or any entry made using manifestly false information, may be excluded.
The winner is selected by random draw from among the entries that comply with the conditions of the relevant competition.
The date or period of the draw is stated in the corresponding post.
The winner will be contacted by private message from the official Camping Merendella Facebook account after the draw and the necessary checks have been completed.
Once the prize has been validated, the winner will be announced in the comments of the relevant post and in a new Camping Merendella post.
If the winner does not respond within the period specified when contacted, or if the participation requirements are not met, Merendella may conduct a new draw.
The nature and conditions of use of the prize are specified in each competition post.
For the 2026-2027 season, the planned prizes are as follows:
- October 2026: a weekend valid during the low season
- December 2026: €1,000 towards a stay, valid all year round, including the high season
- February 2027: one week valid during the low season
- April 2027: €500 towards a stay during the low season
- June 2027: a weekend valid during the low season
For low-season prizes, the periods of use are as follows: from 01/04 to 01/06 or from 30/09 to 02/11.
Regarding the €1,000 prize for the December 2026 competition:
- the voucher is valid all year round, including the high season;
- the amount is deducted from the total cost of the stay;
- the voucher is valid up to a maximum amount of €1,000;
- no refund or credit will be granted for the difference if the booking amount is less than €1,000;
- the prize applies to the accommodation stay amount only, unless otherwise stated in the relevant post.
Prizes cannot be exchanged for their cash value or transferred, unless otherwise stated in the relevant post.
A booking obtained through a prize remains subject to the general terms and conditions and the internal rules of Camping Merendella.
A booking resulting from a prize is subject to the general terms and conditions of Camping Merendella.
A bank pre-authorisation may be requested upon arrival as a security deposit, depending on the conditions applicable to the accommodation booked.
In the event of force majeure, technical problems, fraud or circumstances beyond its control, Merendella reserves the right to modify, postpone, shorten, suspend or cancel a competition.
Any substantial modification will be communicated through an official Merendella communication channel.
Merendella shall not be held liable for technical difficulties, unavailability, interruptions or malfunctions of social networks, the Internet or any third-party service that may prevent or disrupt participation in the competition.
Merendella shall also not be held liable for any fraudulent use of the competition by a third party.
As part of the competition, Merendella may process the personal data necessary to manage entries, conduct the draw, contact the winner and deliver the prize.
Such processing is carried out in accordance with applicable personal data protection regulations, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Participation in the competition does not automatically entail subscription to a newsletter or commercial marketing communications. Any subscription to commercial communications is separate from participation in the competition and is carried out in accordance with the applicable procedures.
Once the prize has been validated, the winner may be featured in communications by Merendella relating to the competition and the presentation of the prize.
Any use of photographs or videos that may identify the winner will be carried out in compliance with image rights and applicable regulations.
The competition is neither sponsored, endorsed nor administered by Facebook or Meta and is not associated with Facebook or Meta.
Facebook and Meta shall not be held liable for the organisation or running of the competition.
Any complaint relating to a competition must be submitted to Merendella in writing during the competition period or within a reasonable period following the selection of the winner or winners.
In the event of any difficulty concerning the interpretation or application of these rules, an amicable resolution must first be sought with Merendella before any legal proceedings are initiated.
These rules are governed by French law.
Participation in the competition constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these rules and of the specific conditions stated in the relevant competition post.
