When you arrive at the campsite and before receiving the keys to your accommodation, formalities must be carried out, in particular a deposit for the protection of the rented accommodation. This step is often too long, especially if there are queues.

So to save the time you take to complete the formalities, we present to you the SWIKLY online deposit. This is a fully secure online platform that we have integrated into our reservation system in order to make your deposit.

The Swikly deposit is not debited and does not impact the limit of your credit card.

SIMPLE AND QUICK : All you have to do is accept the deposit request sent by e-mail 7 days before your arrival at the campsite.
SECURED : Payment details are secured by our banking partners.

When you enter your accommodation, you must check the inventory using our mobile application. If the rental is left clean and without damage, you do not have to do anything and the deposit is automatically canceled within 48 hours.

In the event of a disagreement on the appearance of the accommodation on the day of departure (breakage, damage, cleaning not carried out, etc.), a dispute will be opened with the Swikly deposit platform and a mediator will liaise between us.
