Created to awaken your senses and enrich your stay, this trail invites you to discover remarkable plants, selected for their beauty, resilience, and landscape appeal.
While strolling through the heart of the campsite, you can observe a unique collection of Mediterranean and ornamental plants, carefully integrated into our natural environment.
- Lantana Camara : A flowering shrub with changing colors, ranging from yellow to pink to orange. Drought-resistant, it's a butterfly magnet and brightens paths all summer long.
- Heteromeles Arbutifolia (Toyon) : Nicknamed the "Christmas Bush," it seduces with its glossy foliage and bright red berries in winter. A classic Californian plant, to be enjoyed in any season.
- Lagerstroemia Indica (Cute Lilac) : A small decorative tree appreciated for its abundant pink, purple, or white blooms in summer. Its elegant appearance makes it a star of the garden.
- Yucca : Graphic and hardy, the Yucca impresses with its architectural shape and rosette-shaped foliage. An ideal plant for sunny, low-water areas.
- Nandina Domestica (Sacred Bamboo) : Its foliage, which changes with the seasons (green, red, purple), makes it a fascinating plant. It also features decorative berries in winter, adding a unique touch.
The botanical trail is scattered throughout the campsite, particularly near reception and the U Catagnu restaurant.
Each plant is identified by a card in French and English, with a photo, botanical name, and care instructions.
